Introducing the new KCDS WOW! Cards and Stickers rewards system - to help motivate and encourage our students!

Humans need motivation and our WOW! Cards and Sticker system revolves around our core values: 

Inclusivity: providing a safe, impartial environment where everyone can contribute and be themselves.

This card rewards students that work to create that safe, impartial environment - making sure no one is picked last, encouraging others, or perhaps even a student that has maintained their own style and flair - that shows they feel safe to express their true selves, without any fear of judgement.

Friendships: supporting the growth of others by working together and learning from others to achieve our shared goals. 

Rewarding the students that have gone the extra mile for their friends, supported them in their time of need, been a shoulder to cry on, a sound board.

Commitment: constantly developing and refining what we do in the spirit of continuous improvement.

Rewarding those who are committed to change, constantly developing and refining their craft, turning up to every class - always looking the part, taking advice on board and actioning it.
