**Uniform orders can take 2 to 3 weeks or even longer during busy periods, although we always endeavour for it to take less time. Therefore please order your uniform in plenty of time if you need to have it for a specific date.**
 **Please don't forget that all our lycra uniform items must be carefully hand-washed in cool water and line dried. Please do not soak or use a washing machine otherwise it may effect the quality and condition of the logo.**

KCDS EXAM GUIDE

At the Katie Cox Dance Studio we follow the RAD and ISTD syllabus which involves various (optional) assessment and examination procedures at every level. These provide the children with motivational milestones and the opportunity to progress and achieve as they work their way up the grades. It is important that students are well prepared for these exams/assessments and that sufficient time is allowed for them to develop the necessary technical and artistic skills required at any given level. Children must come twice a week for half a term prior to their exam and twice a week on an ongoing basis for those who are working towards Grade 4 and upwards .

Candidates who have achieved a pass or higher in Grades 6, 7, 8, Intermediate or Advanced Foundation, can use their exam result towards their points tariff when applying to a relevant course at a university or higher education in the UK.

Classes are currently offered up to RAD Advanced One Ballet, ISTD Advanced One Tap and ISTD Intermediate Modern.
